We examined Chicago Survivors, a Chicago-based organization, to learn about program development, obtain feedback from program stakeholders, and identify barriers to program implementation and service delivery. We conducted semi-structured interviews with program staff, partners, and clients and analyzed administrative program data. We found Chicago Survivors was a reliable agency providing valuable emotional and practical support to clients.
