Abstract
The 2009 reforms to New York's Rockefeller Drug Laws included a requirement to study the impact of these changes (see New York State Executive Law §837). This report details trends in arrests, indictments and superior court informations (SCIs); prison commitments; and screening and admission to felony drug court for felony drug and specified property offenses.1These data are reported to the state Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) and state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS).
