Center for Victim Research (CVR)
This Center for Victim Research (CVR) publication provides an overview of outcome evaluation, a type of program evaluation. The document defines outcome evaluation as a way to "track a program's successes by measuring progress toward core program goals." It differs from a process evaluation by focusing on "what effect the program is having on clients or staff." Outcome evaluation activities and steps are listed.
